All orders are processed and dispatched from our US facility Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 2 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

True Tide ships to select international destinations. All international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail or DHL Express. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination country.

All peptide products are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders, which are stable at room temperature for short transit periods. However, True Tide ships with the following cold-chain protections:
Upon receipt, peptides should be stored according to the storage instructions on the product page and Certificate of Analysis. Reconstituted peptides must be refrigerated (2–8°C) immediately upon preparation.
All True Tide orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outer packaging does not display the company name, product names, or any indication of the contents. The shipping label will display only the sender's address and your delivery address. This approach is standard practice for research chemical suppliers and is intended to protect your privacy.
A tracking number is provided with every order via email confirmation at time of dispatch. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. For any issues with tracking information, please contact us at support@truetide.com.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we may require a carrier investigation to be completed (typically 7–10 business days) before a replacement or refund can be issued.
For damaged shipments, please photograph the packaging and product upon receipt and email images to support@truetide.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. True Tide is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@truetide.com. We can only modify addresses before an order is dispatched.
