True Tide stands behind every product we sell. Each batch is independently tested and accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis confirming purity and identity. If your order does not meet the purity specifications stated on the product page and COA, we will issue a full replacement or refund, no questions asked.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
Email support@truetide.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Subject line: "Return Request β Order #[ORDER NUMBER]"
For damaged shipments: photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product. For purity disputes: provide your independent lab test report. For wrong product: photograph the received product label.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with our assessment and proposed resolution (replacement, refund, or alternative).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β10 business days. Replacement orders are dispatched within 2 business days of approval.
Once a refund is approved and processed by True Tide, please allow the following times for funds to appear:
Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@truetide.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and standard return/refund terms apply.
True Tide takes quality disputes extremely seriously. If you have conducted independent testing and your results differ materially from our Certificate of Analysis, please provide your full lab report (including method, instrument, and calibration details) to quality@truetide.com. We will arrange for the same batch to be re-tested by a mutually agreed third-party laboratory. If the re-test confirms a purity deficiency, we will issue a full refund or replacement for all affected orders from that batch.
